One of the best testimonies we might provide as to the service we provide is with examples of Clients who have trusted us with repeat business of various kinds as their firms grew and/ or their needs changed.

Shoreline Quick Lube & Auto Wash

Our initial assignment for this business and the prior owner was to provide a mortgage for refinancing, which involved breaking a SWAP in a down market. This success was followed by equipment financing. In 2018, we represented both the Seller and the Buyer of this business, creating both a favorable Sale and affordable financing for the Buyer. In addition to refinancing this financing with a long-term fixed-rate mortgage, we have recently financed the acquisition of an abutting property for a new facility to be house garage services and used car sales.  In concert with this financing, we have acted on the firm’s behalf in negotiating the purchase of the land, brought in Land Use and Architectural firms, and we negotiated and selected the general contractor to provide for this exciting growth.

East Haven Builders Supply

When first introduced to this firm, it was a local family-owned business. The initial need for this Borrower was a classic Balance Sheet restructure. With their Balance Sheet repaired, the new financial structure permitted rapid growth, and this initial capital raise was followed shortly thereafter with the financing of a new building. Due to the exceptional management of the owner, Antonio Rossano, and with liquidity and adequate space, the firm’s growth was dramatic. In just two years, we provided a completely new financing package for a large $7mm building and $10mm working capital with an additional $750,000 seasonal over advance. Our last assignment was to assist in preparing the company for sale.  East Haven Builders continues to do well and have become one of the largest building supply distributors in the region.
